unfair negative feedback

Received negative feedback after twice offering full refund of winning bid and postage. Buyer says item was faulty and not as described in listing. (velcro strap on shoe had come undone which I did not notice). I admit I did say 'like new' as I did not realise about the velcro but after I offered full refund should I have been given this negative feedback?

As your buyer is a seller and they them self have negs where they have followed up with refund offered one would think they would be more understanding and willing to co operate.

I doubt you can get it removed and your follow up is good and if others go and look at her FB they will not take much if any notice of what she left you.

No matter how hard you try there is no please everyone 😞
