Hi, can you explain the new sell plus postage final selling fee?

If i have an item that sold for .99 and postage of $6.95 is my final selling fee 10% of $7.94 which is .79c.?

Please explain this new rule which comes in next month.

Have a look at the discussion boards and you will see countless threads on the subject as well as responses from ebay.
