I sold something last weekend. Usually I find people are really good and pay straight away but this fellow didnt. The buyer contacted me a couple of days later to say theyd pay at pick up (this is somehting Im not keen on, but as I didnt specifically state this in the advert I decided to let it slide). The buyer said they were on holidays but were back on Tuesday. I wrote back no worries, but Tuesday has come and gone with no word (3 days).
The item was sold for 30 bucks or so so I really dont want to go to war over it and Im happy to cancel the transaction as I dont really want to go through chasing it down via the resolution centre (and besides I didnt want someone coming to my house anyways).
Can I just quietly cancel the transaction and relist?
