For those of you who are still having problems with uploading photos for new listings I have a temporary solution.
I had no problem uploading new photos onto 'Relist' or 'Sell Similar' Listing Formats. Just change all the information to suit the new listing.
Contacted ebay who suggested I change my browser!?!
