It can take up to 24 hours for some listings to show, especially for brand new sellers

BUT, far more importantly, since you say you want to sell quick, have you read the basics (at least) on selling

Have you fully completed sign up to Managed Payments and been verified to start selling?

Have you read and understood about the 30 day hold on funds (that will, indeed apply) to new sellers?

And that you still must post the item(s) within your handling time, not wait for the funds to be released?

And about the payable fees?

There is no point 'selling quickly' if you have not read what your obligations as a seller are
