A buyer opened a request because they said their item hasn't arrived.
This happened on 4/8/20
I've asked them THREE TIMES which address they use as there are two, one on Ebay and one on Paypal
I've also sent a receipt from auspost for sending it. There isn't any tracking for a large letter unless insurance etc is specifically asked for - They didn't.
What do I do now?

If they open a dispute for INR you will lose the case since you don't have tracking for the item.
Insurance is for your protection, not the buyer's, so why would they pay extra for it ?
Which address did you send it to? If you used the one eBay supplied, chances are it's an old address.
