I was just looking at something to buy for myself and I see that the seller charges different amounts for postage for bank deposit and paypal payments. She charges more for paypal saying that it is a paypal requirement to send parcels registered post.
I have not been doing that - I just send everything in prepaid satchels - have I been doing the wrong thing? or is she just trying to cover her paypal costs by charging additional postage?
