Hi all I sold a used designer bag (2011) item was described as used but in good condition photos were provided, buyer got zip caught and ripped it getting it free, eBay just ruled against me that item was not as described, how am I supposed to describe damage that is not there, I'm now out of pocket original sale plus 2 lots of postage I won't sell on eBay again, they take their fees but don't protect the seller
