Hi all.......things go from bad to worse ......recently had a very nasty buyer wanting a refund .....there really was nothing wrong with the item ....she just overspent. Bought 4 items on ebay only ...3 from me ..........................ebay just debited my paypal and refunded her .....wow !!!!!but before this I tried and tried to send my phots as evidence and an explanation about her story changes .....this was impossible as everytime I was thanked and then told a different address .......none ever properly acknoeledged .......now of course buyer has money and item .....Does any one know the email these things should go to ?? thamks jen
