paypal linking problem

I link my paypal to my ebay account when im trying to sell something but it does nothing and it keeps making me doing it over and over, would it be because my paypal is not verified? and how do i sell my item if thats the problem

Also make sure your Paypal account is a Premier or Business one, not just a personal one which is not sufficient for selling.
