I've just spent a frustrating half an hour on the phone trying to establish when I should get postage rebate credits for parcels <500g ($7.20) on my inovices. The call centre person told me that generally it is the month after, but when I look at my invoice there are no credits for the previous month. Then he tried to tell me that it is only the postage parcels that are $11.50 and over that will get credit before I got cut off. Totally frustrated now and confused.
Can anyone explain to me how this works or are other people have the same issues?
