the buyer doesn't recognize the transaction after more than a month

Last night 10/07 I received a message that the buyer file a dispute from his purchased last 29/05, says he don't recognize the transaction, I messaged him why is that and he doesn't reply. Any suggestions what should I do next? I already provide a tracking number that it was delivered. Thanks guys

You should have the record of the sale in your sold items.

 

Therein will be the ID & address to which the item was sent with tracking.

 

Are you able to respond to the dispute.??
