unfair limitations??

I have another issue! I am currently allowed??? to sell up to 280 items per month! YAY, oh no!.  Now I can only list so many at a time in any category, as apparently my dashboard shows me to not be reaching certain standards??? I don't understand the system.  I have no negatives, 3 neutral comments and over 400 feedback! all stars are at 4.9 or 4.8.  So does this mean that only one or 2 people, unfairly in my opinion, have down starred me, due to something as simple as postage charges, (which i only charge what Australia post charge)  Is it just me who finds this absurd???? that someone can damage my credibility over something of which I have no control??  Don't get me wrong, I'd completely understand if I was ripping people off, or charging $15.00 for a 500gm satchel, as many sellers do!!!  How do I fix my selling status??????
