who permitted Labor party advertising on my store on election day?

I would like to know who authorised political advertisements on everyone of my ebay store listings on the day of a national election?  I rang ebay - a call centre in the Philippines, of course - to remove them immediately but alas they could not do anything.  Consequently, the assumption of a potential buyer is that I am linked and support a particular political party - as in an actual shopfront giving permission for someone to post an political advertisement in their shop window - and have missed out on sales from many buyers on this national election day 7 September 2013 as a direct result of this unauthorised advertising.  I would like clarification on the advertising policy and will seek same from my legal representatives and VCAT in Victoria.  Please see attached pics and date and time of pics directly of my computer window.
