Anyone else having problems trying to pay for a purchase with Paypal?

I tried to pay my account yesterday and today made a purchase, click on Paypal, it starts processing and then just goes back to the item page...the purchase hasn't gone through or the payment.

Anyoone else having this problem at the moment?

I had the problem a while back and clearing cache and cookies then rebooting fixed it.
