Blocking buyers with high chargeback and return rates

Is there any way to ascertain a buyer's history of chargebacks or returns (e.g. % of transactions) and to block buyers on that basis?

E.g. I would like to block any buyer who has >2% of their transactions end in a chargeback or return.

No.

You can block members only for certain criteria.

Select account - site prefs - buyer req then show n edit.

Types of blocks are shown there and the BBL is at the bottom.

Non-paying buyers are annoying, but they are pretty rare and not the real issue for sellers.  It's scammers.

I had a look at the "buyer requirements" page.  One amusing one "buyers with a negative feedback score."  Which is amusing because it's impossible for buyers to get negative feedback anymore.

Non payers may not be an issue for you so much, but they are a big problem for many people and many sellers are forced to have buy it now with immediate payment required to try to weed out such pests with come with when offering items at auction
