I stupidly sent off the item before the buyer had payed.

Now I've had to start an unpayed item case. If the buyer still refuses to pay, how's it going to pan out? Will I lose the item and my money ($455.00)?

Buyer has item but won't pay.

You have their name and address, worst case scenario report them online to the internet fraud guys (based in Qld., but it is Australia wide reporting)

Hopefully that could help.


You will at least get your final value fees back with the unpaid item case, not much consolation I know.

How is OP going to prove that the buyer has the item though? The buyer could just simply now say that they never received it

Yeah, I guess so... AustPost's tracking states that it's delivered though, for what it's worrth.
