A buyer has raised a dispute saying their goods have not arrived. I've messaged them four times asking to confirm their address so I can check it and have had no reply. Do I have anyway of raising this further with ebay or PayPal as I need to know it was sent to the correct address.

Are you replying through the dispute or through messages.
Ask in the dispute and if the buyer does not answer the dispute will probably go in your favour.

If the buyer paid via PayPal and you used that address then you will be covered if tracking shows delivered if they claim wrong address.
unfortunately if you didn't have tracking the buyer will win the dispute. I suspect that since they are not replying there's a chance they're claim not received if there was no tracking.

Yes, I've been replying through the dispute, still no answer.
There was no tracking so I understand but wanted to confirm the address given was his current address.
