A buyer had a large order back in May, that was delivered with tracking. He opened a Item not Received dispute last night for one of the items within his order.. i refunded that item rather then provide tracking as i figured its just 1 item, and id rather a happy customer
Today he has opened up a couple more requests and i have replied with Tracking and that it was delivered on the 19th
his next request he opened was a Return, Stating that he did not like item
i have declined the return and contacted ebay, They have told me that they cannot do anything until the 16th, but have added notes on my account and that ebay should side with me
Clearly, the guy is just trying to get his money back and was trying to scam me.. But i am stressing
Anyone else have any experiences similar to this?
