Classifieds listing

Does anyone know how to advertise a business in eBay's Classifieds? I've seen businesses advertising, but I've searched everywhere to put up an ad, but can't find the procedure.

I cannot work out what you are asking.

If you want to promote a business, you simply list in the Services Category...

Click on SELL at top of the page-then choose Category-Services & away you go.
