So...I've noticed I have had several buyers who make an offer on an item that I accept, and then I wait days for payment, until I send a reminder, and they say they were waiting to be told their "bid" was accepted, or for the listing to end. Then they pay.
Firstly, why do they call their offer a "bid"? My listings are not auctions. Their "bid" is their offer.
Secondly, why do they not receive notification that I've accepted their offer?
Thirdly, why do they think even though the item is sold, that they have to wait until they either "receive notification" that their "bid" is accepted, or until the listings ends (which now doesn't happen anyway)?
Am I missing something?
