Do buyers now have 60 days to return items?

I believe the timeframe to return items not received, faulty, etc was 30 days. I have had a couple of buyers start one of these returns well after 30 days. Has the timeframe increased?

The 30 days begin from the last estimated delivery date shown in eBay.

So if buyer took some time to pay and you took some time to send, lets say a week total when it's marked as sent, and the estimated delivery date is another week then the 30 days would begin 2 weeks after sale date.

The first listing of yours that I clicked on said 60 day returns, buyer pays postage.  It pays to look at your own listings occasionally.
