Dogdy looking email asking me to update payment details

I have my payment preferences set in my account and I keep being asked to update ...

They look suspicious and it goes to some random domain starting with Ky......ebay.....

Yet I still see a request to update my details. 

I verify my Paypal and it still seems to say I could be suspended... i don't understand

Managed payments was announced a long time ago and it appears you are now being switched over.

You need to provide details and a bank account to eBay for this to happen. Paypal will no longer be your payment processor for you to receive a buyers payment - it is all being doone through eBay.

Go to your eBay messages in your account and you will find the message there, so you will know it is not a scam.
