Has anyone had trouble listing log books with the government documents being blocked

I had these listed Zions PVLB and sold over 100 and now Ebay is not letting me relist the vehicle log books and is coming up with government documents policy listing  violation do not relist. (BS)there is at least a dozen other sellers selling  these currently does anyone have any ideas on how to get around this problem.

Often it is the bots picking up key words.

If they are legitimately allowed to be sold on eBay then perhaps look at using other wording in the title to describe the items.
