Yes, we reported it several weeks ago. It happened to us when the layout for the Listings screen changed to the new format.
eBay have agreed it's a bug and it's gone to technical for investigation, but with no date for a fix.
We actually got a message this morning saying that are still working on it.
I would suggest you call eBay and report it as well. The more sellers that have the issue and report it the more priority it should get.
