Help figuring out best way to list items

Hi, I sell mostly shoes on eBay and would like some advice on the best way to list my items.

In the past when I have had multiple of the same shoe in different sizes I would make multiple individual listings for example:

https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/303500624345

https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/303500624544

I've just started making single listings with multiple size variations and would really appreciate an insight into whether or not this is the best way to list items and if I'm doing anything wrong/that can be improved upon. Here is an example:

https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/303501360977

For the size selection drop down bar I assume I should be having more detail? '8US / 7UK / 40 EUR' etc instead of just '8'? What's my best approach for targetting people looking for certain sizes? If you sell an item which has multiple listings does it boost that particular item on the search feature? Any input whatsoever would be greatly appreciated 🙂

Have you looked at similar items and checked out the sold items? That'd give you the best starting point. Once you get to the list of sold items you can see what the other sellers put in their listings.

It's been a while since I looked at shoes but don't a lot of them put all the sizes in the title so that the listing will come up whatever size you're looking for? If they're a popular shoe people probably find them by narrowing down the search categories and item specifics criteria (eg. size) rather than by using keywords like I did.
