How Do I appeal against neutral feedback

Hi

Could someone please tell me how I can appeal against a neutral feedback that I received yesterday.  I sold a legitamate copy of the English Language version of The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo (the one with Daniel Craig) and now the buyer is accusing me of making & selling a pirated copy.  There are countless articles on Google about the way this DVD disc as it does look like a burnt copy with a handwritten title on it.  This feedback could really damage my reputation & future sales.  How do I get rid of it.  I haven't done anything wrong.

Thanks

Did Google search and you are right. https://www.google.com.au/search?q=girl+dragon+tattoo+craig+dvd+disc&safe=off&client=safari&hl=en&so...

Provide the link to buyer and request a feedback change request

If you are still selling this DVD perhaps you should mention in the listing that it's supposed to look like a home made copy and add a link to any Google site that describes it - so there's no misunderstanding from future buyers Smiley Happy
