How can I archive an item that I sold and wasn't paid for?  It was a large amount of money and I would like it removed from my sales total.

You are posting on the boards for eBay Australia

Here, the rule is you will need to open an unpaid item dispute and then close it after 4 days if the 'buyer' still refuses to pay, or you will be charged selling fees

I am not sure what the rules are for eBay USA though
