Have you fully completed sign up to, and been verified for Managed Payments?

If so, you will need to wait the 30 days like every other new seller

(Which eBay consider you 'new' since you have not sold in some time, regardless how long ago you opened your eBay account, or how much you sold years ago)

As you agreed to when you listed and ticked the box that you had 'read and understood')

If  you have not done all you needed to do for Managed Payments (which cam in over 3 years ago)

, you will not get any money since the funds will have nowhere to go


With  your current listings as the holds will apply until you prove yourself as as seller again

The 2 items that you have "sold" and relisted, did you have 2 of them ?

If you do not then unless you go through the proper channels to cancel the sale you will be charged fees by eBay for both "sales".
