How do I reissue an invoice for a refunded item, that has now arrived?

Item was invoiced and paid for.  item was sent, but did not arrive, so I refunded the full amount through paypal.  now 5 weeks later, the item has finally arrived, and buyer wants to pay me for it.  How do I reissue an invoice.  There is no reissue invoice option on the right hand drop down box.  Thanks

You can send them a payment request through paypal or you can just give them your Paypal email address and they can use the Pay anyone tab.
