we received an order on another store earlier this week from a user with this username, email & address:
Username: notarapist
email : niggersarekwel@**bleep**got.**bleep**
address: f***head NT (not censored)
the order was obviously bogus and almost certainly mischievious (it wasn't paid for) and now we have to go through all the rigmorall needed to cancel and get our fees back as well as relisting the item.
my question is:
how the hell can ebay let an account be opened with those obviously bogus and inflamatory user details?
maybe instead of using their filters to nit pick and penalise sellers for unwittingly putting an item in a wrong category ebay should upgrade their filters to be more stringent and dilligent in making sure that accounts with obviously offensive and fraudulent details can't be opened.

yeah, and how about the fact that they filtered the user email address details when I put them in the post (replacing them with **bleep** but couldn't do the same when the person opened the account.
very inconsistent and very poor form.

utopia...... just another reason to put your blocks in place to stop new buyers who are not phone verified from bidding. Im sure if your (0) buyer went thru verification this wouldnt have passed.
