Buyer wasn't home to receive their delivery. Item went to collection centre but not collected after 3 weeks and returned to me as buyer works remotely.
Buyer still wants the item and is happy to pay the additional postage to send item again.
Is there a way to invoice for 2nd shipping through eBay or do I have to muck around with refund and re-list at special price including extra postage or is there another way?
Lots of suggestions online about invoicing through Seller Hub but I don't seem to have that option in Seller Hub. Thanks for your input in advance.
