I dont have a second number to use.
One is business one is personal.
When I enter the postcode it comes up with an error.

Let me rephrase that.. I have the one number now, but it is not recognising my postcode event though I ahve followed their guide. It is in the registered address.

Use the CALL ME option.
That way they will call you back on your registered phone number.
Its usually quite quick within minutes and you often get a more knowledgeable operator.
