This is what I heard last week.

There is a way to have your listing fees capped to $500 per month.

Anyone know the secret?

I think if you have an anchor store (cost $500) that comes with "free" unlimited listings - cheapest FVFs as well.

That's the only way I know of, and i presume that the extras like subtitles etc would still be charged for... not sure about that though.

With an anchor store, which is $500.00 per month,  you have unlimited BIN listings for free.

For auctions you pay an insertion fee and you also pay extra for any upgrades.
