International postage

I offer free domestic postage on many items, and for international I specify $3.20 which is the cost to send coins and stamps via letter. But when I look at the listing, it  says

Postage:
FREE Standard Postage See details
Item location:
Port Macquarie , Australia
Posts to:
Australia, Americas, Europe, Asia, New Zealand

On clicking see details, I can find the cost but the few international buyers don't seem to do this and pay the  starting bid price. Then I have to get back to them and ask for more.  Is there a way around this?

i can only suggest that the coin you sold  333575556864

had no international postage listed.

On your current items I can see $4.20 for postage to the U.S. for example, so I think it should work from now on.

I'm not sure what you're asking, but each country that I clicked on showed postage as $4.20.

Why would international buyers need to click on see details? They can see the postage cost under the item price.

AU $4.20 Australia Post International Standard See details

EDIT: sending items untracked is YOUR responsibility, NOT the buyers. Buyers will rarely, if ever, choose the more expensive postage. If it's untracked and it gets lost, the buyer gets a refund. Tracking is your insurance, not the buyers.

Didin't know that. Should I automatically add tracking?

If you want to cover yourself, then yes.
