Invoiced from Ebay - Would like to contact Ebay

I have sold and item using Ebay auction for $45.00 including 10.00 postage.  Now Ebay sent me an invoice for $15.00 for which I don't understand how I was billed for it?

Please can someone tells me how to contact Ebay?

Take a look under the account tab to see what the charges are for.

It is free to list BUT there is final value fees when an item sells and we also pay a % of the postage costs to ebay as well.

Hi Gina, I just sold a multiple of 8 item today for $40 with $20 postage. I checked my account and eBay charged $3.96 on the $40 and $1.98 on the $20. I don't sell a lot so don't have a shop, I used my free listings to list and I don't use any extras. The buyer paid postage before I could combine so I'm giving her another of the same item she bought for free and upgrading her postage to express so I don't muck around with refunds or getting fees back.
