Is it possible to mutually not complete a transaction?

The buyer who has won the auction on my listing for a double bed isn't sure how she will collect it. She can possibly borrow a vehicle and collect 12 days after the auction ended but has not confirmed this. She has contacted me once since the completion of the auction a week ago, and has made no further contact. She hasn't responded to my messages. She doesn't want to come when my husband is able to assist her with the bed, and expects me to help. I have messaged her, and told her that is not possible due to my bad back., but I've had no response. I need the bed gone by this weekend, and have told her, but again no response. So far she's had good feedback as a buyer, but I'm finding her difficult and her communication poor. What can I do?

Is it possible to mutually not complete a transaction?

Open a non-paying buyer case, close it in 4 days and relist.

I doubt, either way, the bed will be gone by the weekend.

Thanks for your advice. I opened the case, and the buyer has agreed to abandon the purchase, so I should be able to list again tomorrow. Hopefully someone who is actually able to collect the item wins this time.
