Item damaged in transit

I have had a buyer tell me that they received their item broken (a tile). They asked me to send another but I do not have a replacement and offered a refund if they can either send me a photo of the broken item or return it in the post. 

I have sent 2 messages and not heard anything back for over a week now.  What do I do next ?

Do nothing.

If they were genuine they would have sent photos.

You have done ll the right things so far.

Do not even contact them again unless they contact you.
