Items with no MPN are ending and Ebay will not allow a relist

HI, anyone else having their items ending and not being able to relist ?

Listing keeps asking for MPNs to be added when uploading new or doing a relist but no matter what number I put in the MPN box it will not accept it ...Ebay next to useless with any help.

There should be a drop down for the MPN box which says "Does not Apply".

Click that.

I have spent 2 days trying to fix this. I have contacted ebay 4 times. Finally tonight I was told it was a technical issue and they had escalated the complaint. Finished with please be patient and wait.

i havent tried listing or re-listing this month but i thought ebay anounced the 'does not apply' thing was ending this month and everything had to have a code number or some carp regardless.

sounded stupid but isnt that a perfect fit for ebay?

Do you have a Brand name in the Brand field?

that's going to make it hard to list handmade items, as they don't have any numbers at all.

I seem to remember reading that it's only on branded items so I've been slowly removing the brand from the item specifics and selecting Unbranded.

I Have bought a DJI Drone from their store about 8months ago I am going to sell it I looked at the drone serial number and it is different to the box the drone was brand-new in a sealed box I bought it from the store can I still sell the drone on eBay?..The serial number is on the drone
