Postage on returns

Need some help, I offer exchanges and I want to know how any of you tackle getting the buyer to pay for the return postage when the exchanged item needs to be resent.

If it is for change of mind then I tell the buyer I will refund item cost only on receipt of the returned gpoods in the same condition as when they were sent or will send a replacement if they pay for a second lot of postage.

If it is not change of mind but not as described then I would cover the return cost, if I wanted it back, by sending a paid for satchel label using click & send.

Usually it's for a different size. I can work this out now I think. Thanks for you help.
