I have sold an item that has been bought by a buyer in Australia and they have paid £45 postage - the cost of post within the UK is 2.75 and the address is an EVRI global delivery hub in the UK with a reference number. When I try and purchase the label it says I need to be in Australia. How do I do this via Ebay ?
Secondly it was sold by promoted items and I have been charged £6.83 ad fee standard and I don't remember ever requesting this can I get my fee back ?
