Hi all,
If my sales don't pick up......that combined with the new fees I will have to think about closing my store. I really enjoy it but........ Anyone else in the same boat?

My sales are slow too, even I've dropped my prices. I had already closed my store in Feb due to extended travel, and was only just last week thinking about opening another one, but won't be now due to the price hike. I'll just try to mostly sell stuff under $20 so it's a 50 cent listing, and start to look around for another way to pay to live in Australia. I feel some of the fun has gone for me in ebay now.

Yep! Mine are down $1000 a week and $2000 for the month so far...
But seem to be picking up again in the last couple of days thankfully 🙂

it goes up and down... i'd say we're slightly down for the month but then last weekend was one of our best weekends in a long time... so it might even out by the end.

Certainly up and down at the moment, but our sales for September are well up on past years.
For us September has always been a slow month. Traditionally its been the worst month of the year for retail sales generally and its also been the month when eBay introduces major changes (eg overhauling best match).
It's easy to forget how things were same time last year - go back and check your sales figures for then and see if there is really an issue.

I almost always have the same pattern, busy for a week or two, quiet for a week or two, but monthly sales tend to tally up to similar amounts.
