I would have a 1 x as the first two characters in the title, and not use a plural at all.

eg a simple switch to:

1 x Shabby Chic Personalised Wooden Name Block Custom Made Per Block

If the variation format is available in that category, you may also want to consider a new listing for them, so that each letter has to be selected and purchased separately ( abit convoluted for the buyers, though), or have pre-set quantities so that buyers need to choose from "1 block", "2 Blocks". etc

get rid of the Shabby Chic (did you know this phrase has a Patent on it)

replace the Custom Made (as personalised covers that)

Personalised Wooden Name Blocks, PRICE PER BLOCK,  (then make up the LEFT-OVER spaces with the subject, owl, bird, Retro etc.

Begin your Item description with CUSTOM MADE .... etc
