When is ebays trust and safety going to wake up to stopping these brand new sellers from usually China popping up with 0 feedback and never do get any. They open a new account that week, advertise a new collectors item worth $125 for $25 with even free shipping waiting for some poor new ebayer to buy. They usually have 2, and sell them yet if you watch they never ever get any feedback left so after 2 complaints ebay must finally remove them. How can they get past ebays rules of ID and paypals setting up of accounts, or does ebay in China and paypal in China need no proof of ID, as we do in Australia. Keep watching 262686003984

Not to mention the ideal postage set up they have even once the item is in Oz, yet we pay through the nose to send a parcel around the block!
Don't get me started LOL
I do think it is because the volume of Chinese sellers is so much larger than any other sellers on eBay, so think of the fee's they will be losing if they try to tighten the reigns on those sellers if they pith them off.
