Trying to add quantity to a variation item ???

Hi there, I am trying to update the quantity's on an item listed in 

Jewellery & Watch Fashion Jeweller  Brooches & Pins

every time I do I get the message

"It looks like there's a problem with this listing. *Theme is not allowed as a variation specific."

So I have tried changing "theme" to "Pin", then "Design" and it just wont let me change the variation at all, so I am at a loss as to what to do.

I am just checking with you guys before ringing ebay.

Definitely check with the ebay team.  I use variation items myself, but I do so through external, API connected software and I've never had an issue.

Thanks for that, I did contact them, they said try changing "Theme" to "Design", I tried that and that did not work, so it looks like I have to end the item and start again 😞
