What us sellers can do about buyer using phones to buy .........

I have notice a lot of returns from buyers coming in ..........

One issue maybe that buyers who/are use phones are not reading the description in the listing .....

Mainly looks the tittle and pictures only .....

As some are having issue scolling the page/pages to read the descriptions......

With that in mind I can see all listings with size involved will need to have the measurement in the photo's

or in the main tittle..20cmx10cm etc....

What are your thought's on that .........???

Have you had issue in that area with returns.......

I can see that mostly happen in clothes /shoes...

You could try to add points to the listing heading, eg: used car *for parts*.
I see a few sellers that add the "*" due to people not reading, i think with the returns for people using phone only would be hard if done through ebay because how are you suppose to print return label?? Unless phone user has a printer, but chances are zilch.

Another way is to use or create as many itemised specifics as you can. The pre-set ones by eBay help with search refinements, and they can basicallly act as a bullet-point list of key information - not sure where they are shown on the app view, but last I checked, in mobile view there's a link to click to see all item specifics as soon as you open a listing.
