I have a 'symbol' barcode scanner (DS4208 I believe) and have previously used it to scan all my tracking numbers before I send my parcels away. For the past few months however i have been experiencing problems when trying to do this process. Normally I would tick the orders i want to enter tracking numbers for, add the carrier (aus post), and then scan each barcode for the corresponding order. The problem I am facing now is that after scanning the first (or sometimes 2nd or 3rd) barcode I am kicked out of the page with a message saying 'tracking numbers successfully added'.
Has this happened to anyone else? Can anyone help me?
