Why is the invitation to the 100 free listings an expired one??

The invitation I received today is an expired one. Does anyone have the proper link thay can post?

The one I have expired  on 11th August yet was posted today!

Also, did ebay remove the relist feature where your items are automaticaly relisted 3 times?  Thanks

As far as automatic resisting is concerned, you may have to "edit listing", save for later, etc and check that the box comes up to tick. It does appear some members don't have this on listings, some do.
