Not sure why it still shows, but are you fully signed up to the new Managed Payments system?
There is a new Seller Hub which has a tab for "Cancellations". Is the transaction in there?
As you're an infrequent seller, funds will be on hold/pending for a period of time, so maybe if you cancelled it today it may need some time to process, especially if you're not signed up and verified.
Others will clarify, I'm sure.
