brand issue, who has had an issue with a product phone pop up holder

I make a listing of a phone accessory which is a pop up holder, and my listing got removed, I didn't use any brand name, but eBay said this product is not allowed to sell on eBay, except the trade marker. 

I don't understand this, I didn't use their brand name, just sell a product that has similar function, how can they be so monoply, they sell it for over 30 dolloars.

Are you certain you did not have any brand names in the title of the item that was removed like your listing for the cable protector does?

I am sure there is no brand name or anything. and the cable protector is unbranded, do you think anything is wrong with the title?

You mention a few brand names in title of the listing for that item, which eBay might  consider 'key word spamming' under thier rules

Also mentioned in the body of the listing itself

authorised sellers/ re-sellers of those brands might have reported

Or eBay bots in general picked up on

Even though the box part of the listing states 'unbranded'

do you mean the key words like "iPhone"? for that removed listing I didn't use any of these key words just phone holder blablabla
